Troop 259's Meeting Time and Place.

Troop 259 's Scout Meetings are every Tuesday from 6:30 P.M. until 7:30 P.M.
at the Andrew J. Cain Scout Hut, located at the back of Hugh Camp Park approximately one mile North of I-20 & Old 135.
Come join the fun and adventure of being a Boy Scout, all eligible boys, from 11 to 17 are WELCOME !

Open House and Anniversary Celebration

Our Troop Open House for new scouts is going to be on Tuesday, August 29, 7:00 PM at the Sabine Elementary School Auditorium. Any boy interested in joining scouting is invited to attend with their parents. The anniversary ceremony is set for Sunday, Sept. 24, at 2:00 PM, location will be posted later.

Notice: We have a GREAT NEED for adult volunteers to help in Troop 259's Scouting Activities and Adventures, if you would like to help us, please contact the Scoutmaster, Roy Dudley.

Troop 259's Message Board

Important Messages For Scouts of Troop 259 follows: ~~~~~ Troop 259's first meeting for the coming school year will be August 15th, 2006, from 6:30 to 7:30, plus our Scout Hut work day will be August 19. August 22nd, will be another scout meeting from 6:30 to 7:30. Don't forget that our Troop Open House for new scouts will be on Tuesday, August 29, 7:00 PM at the Sabine Elementary School Auditorium, plus we will have a Court of Honor on this night as well. Any boy interested in joining scouting is invited to attend with their parents.
