This is something we tried one camping trip when we forgot the frying pan. It worked great in a pinch.
INGREDIENTS:
strip steak
favorite seasoning
PREPARATION:
You can use sharpened sticks or long-handled double prong skewers. Thread strip steak onto stick/skewer, lightly season, roast over coals until preferred doneness. Prepare with foil-baked potatoes and vegetables.
This can also be served on a hoagie bun with cheese and veggies for a great steak sandwich.
