You can actually cook this over coals or on the Coleman stove. It works both ways.
INGREDIENTS:
Cornish game hens, 1 per person
cooked wild rice or bread dressing
2 tablespoons bacon grease or oil
seasonings
PREPARATION:
Brown the meat and onions in a Dutch oven. Add the potatoes and two cups of water, simmer until tender. Stir in the soup and add the cheese on top. Cover and let it cook for 5-10 minutes.
