Savory Steak

This steak is more delicious and savory than you could ever imagine. Prepare it with your favorite baked potato recipe. It just isn't camping without this steak dinner. The thicker the cut and the longer it marinates, the better.

INGREDIENTS:

thick cut of steak
Italian dressing
onions
red and green bell peppers

PREPARATION:

  • 24 hours before the meal, marinate steak in Italian dressing in a bowl or Ziploc bag. It is helpful to poke the steak with a fork so that all that Italian goodness really seeps inside. When ready, grill the steak as usual over the fire to desired doneness.
  1. While steak is grilling, slice onions and peppers, then fry them in water in a skillet. When done, serve steak with onions and peppers.
