Machaca Roast Beef

Scouts love it and it's so easy to make. Cook and freeze your meat before leaving home. It will hold for a couple of days in a good ice chest before thawing out.

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups cooked, shredded roast beef
1 cup chunky salsa
1/2 cup chopped lettuce
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1 cup red beans, optional
buns or tortillas

PREPARATION:

  • Heat beef, beans, and salsa. Place on buns and top with lettuce and tomato, if desired, or you can use tortillas.
  • Servings: 4 Preparation time: 10 minutes
