Frito Pies
A quick snack for kids, young and old.
INGREDIENTS:
1 can Chili Con Carne, with or without beans
shredded cheese
shredded lettuce
chopped onion
diced tomatoes
individual bags of Fritos
PREPARATION:
- Heat up chili. Open the individual bags of Fritos on one side. Spoon in chili, top with cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion.
- Serve and eat this right out of the frito bag.
- Servings: 4
