Corned Beef Spaghetti

This is an easy and delicious and nutritious two-pot meal for between 2 to 4 people, it takes little time to do, and it is suited to a two burner camping stove.

INGREDIENTS:

1 can corned beef
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
1-2 garlic cloves, pressed or chopped finely
1 can peeled tomatoes, chopped
1 half tube tomatoe puree concentrate
3 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon hot chili powder
dash soy sauce, optional
spaghetti
Parmesan cheese

PREPARATION:

  • Simply fry onion and garlic in olive oil in a sauce pan until almost soft. Add corned beef (chopped up), tomatoes, tomato puree, seasoning, pepper, chili powder, and optional soy sauce. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
  • Simmer spaghetti in separate sauce pan in salted water until cooked, and then drain well. Top with sauce and grated Parmesan cheese
  • Servings: 2-4
