Big Weenie Taters and Beans

A camping recipe from Bruce Hilbert. We used to cook this at home, all separately for dinner. One night it just struck us that it would make a great camp meal, if we just put it all in one pot. Cleanup is a breeze too! (If you don't burn it.)

INGREDIENTS:

1 large can Reeds German Potato Salad
1 bag frozen Lima Beans
1 lb Polish Sausage water

PREPARATION:

  • Cut sausage into 1/2 to 3/4 inch pieces. Put everything in a pot, slam the lid on, heat and eat.
  • Servings: 2-6
