Grilled [BBQ] Pork Hocks

An excellent alternative to common meats. The skin is good too, reminding me of the 'crackling' my mother used to come up with on her pork roasts years ago! You don't need any bbq sauce.

INGREDIENTS:

pork hocks, depending on the number of diners

PREPARATION:

  • Boil the pork hocks for 1 hour. Place on a medium-hot grill and rotate every 10 minutes. Brush on bbq sauce if desired. (I don't use it personally.) Continue cooking until the skin is crispy.
  • Servings: 1 per person
    Preparation time: 1-3/4 hour
