Tater Meat Mush
You can actually cook this over coals or on the Coleman stove. It works both ways.
INGREDIENTS:
3 pounds ground beef, chicken, or turkey
6 potatoes, sliced
1 onion, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
shredded cheddar cheese
PREPARATION:
- Brown the meat and onions in a Dutch oven. Add the potatoes and two cups of water, simmer until tender. Stir in the soup and add the cheese on top. Cover and let it cook for 5-10 minutes.
