CHICKEN AND RICE DINNER
A delicious chicken dinner and easy to make.
INGREDIENTS:
1 c. rice, not instant
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can milk
1/2 pkg. instant Lipton onion soup mix
4 chicken breasts, dipped in butter and salted
PREPARATION:
- Mix all ingredients except chicken together in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Place chicken on top of mixture. Cover with tin foil and cook on grill for 1 1/2 hours.
- Take tin foil off for 1/2 hour.
- Servings: 4
Preparation time: 1 hr. 20 minutes to 2 hours

For four scouts
- 4 boned, skinned chicken breasts
- rice, not instant enough for 1/2 cup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 pkg. instant Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 heavy duty roll of aluminum foil
For eight scouts
- 8 boned, skinned chicken breasts
- rice, not instant enough for 1 cup
- 2 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 can cream of celery soup
- 2 pkg. instant Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 heavy duty roll of aluminum foil
For Twelve scouts
- 12 boned, skinned chicken breasts
- rice, not instant enough for 1 1/2 cup
- 3 can cream of chicken soup
- 3 can cream of celery soup
- 3 pkg. instant Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 heavy duty roll of aluminum foil
