EASY CHICKEN DINNER

A delicious chicken dinner and easy to make.

INGREDIENTS:
4 lg. pieces aluminum foil (double folded)
4 boned, skinned chicken breasts
1 can Campbells celery soup
Parsley
butter

PREPARATION:

  • Take 4 large sheets of aluminum foil and lay them on the counter. Cut each chicken breast in half down the center and place with skinned side down.
  • Spoon soup and spread over entire surface. Dot each piece with butter. (Do not dilute soup. Use soup just as it comes in the can.)
  • Cover tightly with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove from grill; turn each piece of chicken over and spoon the soup over it.
  • Replace foil and return to grill, and cook for 35 minutes more.
  • Sprinkle parsley on top and serve with a side dish of boiled rice and a green vegetable.
  • Servings: 4
    Preparation time: 1 hr. 20 minutes to 2 hours

  • 12 boned, skinned chicken breasts
  • 3 can Campbells celery soup
  • Parsley
  • butter
  • 1 heavy duty roll of aluminum foil
  • Salt
