ROAST BEEF DINNER

A delicious roast of beef dinner and easy to make.

INGREDIENTS:
1 (2 1/2 lb.) roast
1 box onion soup mix
4 potatoes
4 carrots Salt & pepper to taste
heavy aluminum foil

PREPARATION:

  • Wash beef and sprinkle onion soup mix all over the roast.
  • Peel and cut potatoes and carrots in halves and place around the roast.
  • Put the roast on top of the veggies. Wrap foil over and secure.
  • Place on grill or grate over campfire for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until meat and vegetables are tender.
  • Servings: 4
    Preparation time: 45 minutes to 1 hour

  • 1 heavy duty roll of aluminum foil
