CHICKEN AND RICE FOIL DINNER

Another great ckicken recipe, plus gives you a break from all the beef recipes, very good.

INGREDIENTS:
4 Chicken breasts
4 carrots
2 pats of butter to each dinner.
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 c. uncooked instant rice
Paprika

PREPARATION:

  • Place chicken breasts on a 14" square of heavy duty foil or pouches.
  • Mix a can of condensed cream of mushroom soup with 2/3 cup uncooked instant rice.
  • Spoon over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika.
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper and Paprika to each foil dinner and add a couple of pats of butter to each pouch.
  • Wrap or fold into a tight envelope.
  • Place on coals or grill [grill 5" above coals], cook for 1 hour or until done, turning regulary.

  • Servings: 4
    Preparation time: 40 to 45 minutes

  • 4 boneless medium size chicken breasts

  • Paprika
  • pepper
  • Seasoned Salt or regular table salt

For eight scouts

  • 8 boneless medium size chicken breasts
  • 8 carrots
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 lb of rice
  • Paprika
  • pepper
  • Seasoned Salt or regular table salt

For twelve scouts

  • 12 boneless medium size chicken breasts
  • 12 carrots
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 2 lbs of rice
  • Paprika
  • pepper
