Butter Onion Trout
This is one of the easist ways to cook a good meal when primitive camping.
INGREDIENTS:
fresh trout, any kind
1 tablespoon butter
salt and pepper
1 small onion, sliced
PREPARATION:
- Clean the fish. Leaving the fish whole, stuff the insides with butter, salt and pepper, and as many onions as will fit.
- Place stuffed trout on buttered foil and wrap up. Place over fire for 7-10 minutes.
- Servings: 4
Preparation time: 10 minutes

- 8 small onions
